To motivate employees, to achieve the targets, goal set and meet the company's expectations, as at the executive level, actions to be taken are, targets should be realistic and achievable, it if is hard to meet the expectations, changes must be done at intervals to reach them, than motivating the employees further. Changes should be done what's causing to motivate the employees, when they can reach the targets. Instead of motivating the employees they should be "empowered" to do the job. Change the workforce, time to time update their skills and expertise to meet the goal. Instead of stressing or loading the employees, enable them to learn by themselves the art of working
