If an ID Fan is designed for a suction pressure of - 250 mm wg and discharge pressure of +150 mm wg, and it is installed in a system where the required system resistance at suction is only -50 mm wg, will the ID Fan be able to produce a discharge pressure of +350 mm wg?

Theoretically yes, as the differential pressure is -400 mm wg [-250 - (+150)] or [-50-(+350)] in either case. But is this true in practice ?
