severity means
it is a desied based on the impact of the defect on the custumer bussiness
four types
1.showstopper/blocker
2.critical
3.majar
4.minor/trivial
priority means
it is the importance given to fix the the defect how soon the defect must fix by the devolpers
1.p1/high
2.p2/medium
3.p3/low
