It is simple TP is a document which covers all the possible activities have to be done when build/ application/ software comes for testing
1. Objective - which defines why you preparing TP?
2. Scope - Which feature need to be test when app/build/ software comes for testing
3. Testing methodoligies - what type of testing you perform ex: in functional Regressin, sanity and Adhoc etc., for non- functional testing Localization, compliance and performance etc.,
4. Approach - it deals how you going to start testing with app
5. Risk - what risk may happen ex; if some TE quits what risk may come
5. Mitegation plan - how to deal with risk
