TA=60 min/5 min per unit=12 Unit per hour
For 720 unit=720/12=60
So TA =60 for 720 unit
Rowan=(TT x wR)+ (TS x wr x TT/TA)
(48 x 15) + (12 x 15 x 48 /60)
=864
