for po relase procedure
create charecterstics
1. charecter cekko table and bsart field
2 charecter total net order value - cekko - gnetw
3 create class type -class -032 , give charecterstics
relese indicator should be released
relese groups
relese codes
relase indicator
release startegy
relese prerequsites , classification
then you can do release the order
