WHEN SHOULD 1 APPLY FOR NEXT INTERVIEW IF DENIED TWICE?
Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?

Can anyone let me know , I have faced U.S consulate chennai in mid of this year . For B1 visa my agent has fraud me with the fake documents and I have committed and given them in written that the documents are fake . I have been rejected B1 visa twice by US Embassy in Abu Dhabi. On both occassions I applied in name of my own trading business (invitation have been made by my US supplier) even though I actually work in Abu Dhabi under another sponsor. Also, both rejections happened in the gap of just one month. Now, after one month again I'm planning to apply one more time. But, it is through the company where I'm working (as my visa is with this company) and the invition will be sent by our associate company in US. Can someone advice the possibility of getting visa this time as on first two occassions I could not convince them with legal documents that Im actually partner of my business but third time Im using the application from our associate company in US. Anyone can kindly advice on what are the chances of getting US visa.

Hi , May i know what is the time gap maintained between visits ? once i got my B1/B2 approved in Jan 2014 i was their in US from Jan'14 to may 14 (3mnths)and again went back in Nov'14 and stayed till may'15 ( 6 mnths) when can i travel again ?
