Take 6:7 =》 6x : 7x ( one year
ago )
After four years ( (take that -1 year ago)+ 3 years = 4 years )
Their ages = 7:8
Let,
(6x+4) ÷ (7x+4) = 7÷8
(Cross multiplied)
6x ×8 =48x , 4×8=32
7x ×7=49x, 4×7=28
Let's take,
48x + 32 = 49x + 28
49 x - 48 x = 32-28
1x =4
Then sachin's age is now,
4 × 8 =32
