for star delta starter the thump rule is cable sizing to be 2 X motor KW ie 160 kw motor require 160 sq mm since 160 sq mm is standard size it is better to go for 185 sq mm this rule applies for all star delta motors. here you can go for higher size
for DOL or VFD driven motors 2 time the KW ie 320 sq mm is required since 320 sqmm is not standard size it is better to go for 300 sq mm here you can go at lower size
