Small drops of water which are seen on grass and leaves etc .in the early hours of the summer morning are known as dews. Bodies near the surface of earth gradually become colder due to emission of heat radiations. The air which comes in contact which these bodies get cooled down to saturation sate and further cooling caused the water vapour in the air to condense as fine drops of water.
