What are the points to be borne in mind while eating to avoid disease?

The following precautions should be observed while eating :-
(1) Do not eat too frequently. There should be sufficient time between two meals. If food is taken too frequently, under strain is put on the stomach and intestines, and they any get into disorder.
(2) Do not eat too much. Over-eating not only puts an increased burden on the digestive organs, it leads to other disorders also in the body.
(3) Avoid unpleasant emotions. One should avoid anger, worry, anxiety, etc. while eating. Excessive emotions like laughing, over-excitement should also be avoided.
(4) Do not eat very rapidly. The food should be well chewed and eaten slowly.
(5) Avoid faulty food, improperly cooked food, over-ripe various fruit, decaying vegetables should not beaten, as they any lead to various kinds of diseases.
