2.Lower defect resolution cost due to earlier detection and hence improves quality and reliability.
3.reduction in the amount of rework, so productivity improves.
4.verificatin and validation at each level.
5.allows testers to be active in the project early in the project's lifecycle.

Hi Friends, I have completed 3 rounds of an Interview with HR discussion also and got Offer letter from Cognizant, but after in 30 min they send one more email like Offer is on Hold, and its not valid...
