there are may way to install ssl certificated
ikeyman
openssl
keytool
gkscmd
we check the log and we troubleshoot like if Webserver side we check access log/ error log if plugin file is there we use httpd.log file
in app side we give jvm log.
1.SSL Handshake exceptions
2. Certificated expired
3.ssl/tls version miss match.
