ex; water required for 200 mts road??
ans: volume of earth= 200 x 7 x 0 .2 = 280 cum
% OMC = 7 %
After Soil testing NMC = 5% (achived)
So required mc = 7 - 5 = 2 %
for air evaporation add 1%
2+1 = 3 %
water required in earth volume = 280 x 3 % = 8.4 cum
per cum reqd quantity of water 1000 ltr
so total water reqd = 8.4 x 1000 = 8400 ltr
