It is a search strategy defined by SAP to determine correct condition records available from multiple condition talbes for a specific condition type.. It is maintained in the condition type which accesses condition table then records.
Time dependent conditions must have an access sequence key such as RFQ, PIR , Time independent conditions like PO, no need of access key for them..
