1.NPSH Issue
2.Pump priming not properly
3.Cavitation issues
4.pump direction
5.Required head being higher then the developed head
6.wearing worn out
7.Defend the fluid viscosity.
9.Suction line may be having hole/leakage.
10. Suction line strainer may be got choke
11. Suction line may be volume reduced ( Because of process fluid, like a scale formation )
12. may be more leakages from pump like gland/discharge line/recirculationline
