A 60w bulb & a room heater are connected in series.if 60 w
bulb is replaced by 100w then what will be the effect on
heater out & why?
Answer Posted / rahul kumar
We. Know
P=vi then as connection is in series then current will remain same so when instead of 60 watt if 100 watt bulb is used then it's voltage will increase...now we know v=iR then since current is same due to series connection so our resistance will increase and as resistance increases heater output will get increased......
