Distributed parameter element, this type of element can't be electrical separated or models as individual isolate, physically identifiable element like R,C,L etc are said to be distributed parameter element.
Lumped parameter element, circuit elements those are for the purpose of analysis may be treated as physically separate element such as C,R,L etc are said to be Lambed parameter element.
