It was there first major elections and had no idea how to fight or to campaign ..
They had an image problem they were seen as aristocrates and princes while in realoty theu were poor an illetrate
Jinnah and allama iqbal were not present who were the major prominent leaders
They did not feel the stress or the pressure of the hindu domination and felt over confident
They were not popular and were not known by half of the population
