What is diffrence to add tcode in Menu tab(PFCG)and in
S_TCODE object?

Yes Naresh why not...S_TCODE is an authorization object which contains an authorization field naming TCD and the field values contain the respective tcodes added to the menu tab.We can easily select the change icon and add an extra Tcode there..
