If you know our strength you can place emphasis on them when the time comes to show your talent.For instance,if you know that you possess good communication skills,you can list that as strength.you need not be the best at something to list it as strength -your strengths are based on our internal and external performance.
2.Weakness Anything that you struggle with at lack is considered a weakness.For instance,lack of IT skill is weakness:you know that you cannot work successfully today without this essential skill.If you know your weakness you can avoid them and improve that skill
