ORA-23323: parameter length exceeds deferred RPC limits

Cause: A deferred rpc parameter was longer than the deferred
rpc limits of 4000 bytes for char/varchar2 parameters and
2000 bytes for raw parameters.

Action: Use smaller parameters.
