Correlation means capturing a dynamic value which is
generated from the server. I got this point. I need one
small conformation.
1. is correlation applicable to the objects which are
generated dynamically. eg: consider there are 2 form.
based on the options filled in the form 1, form 2 objects
will generate.to handle these dynamic objects is
correlation is required or not.

In your example correlation required for both the forms.
Suppose, when you are recording the script, Form 1 got the response as "ABC" and Form 2 Will auto generate the response as "DEF".
Now you should correlate the both the dynamic values as {Form1} and {Form2}.
