How do seedless fruits arise and how are they propagated?

parthenocarpy means seedless fruit. parthenocarpy can be induce in normal (seeded) plant by hormonal treatments eg. Auxin,Gibbrelines, by irradiation or by triploidy. all seedless plants can be propagated by vegetative means by grafting,cutting,layering,tissue culture etc.
