Transducer- convert physical quantity into electrical signal.
Sensor- convert physical energy into physical energy.
Transmitter- convert physical quantity into standard electrrical signal.
Converter- convert one STD signal into another STD signal.
STD signals
Electrical- 4 mA to 20 mA
1 v to 5 v dc
Pneumatic - 3 to 15 psi
