/oracle/<DBSID>/saptrace/diag/rdbms/<dbsid>/<DBSID>/trace/alert_<DBSID>.log
if DBSID=DEV then path will be as follow:
/oracle/DEV/saptrace/diag/rdbms/dev/DEV/trace/alert_DEV.log
