Once the Production order is created, how to change the BOM and routing in that order?

we have two case
1-if you need to make the change once
you can change in the order itself in ( operation overview and component overview )
then release and save the order
2- if you need to make it permanent
go to t-code (CS02) and make a change to BOM, then go to t-code (CA02) and make the change in routine, then go to order change (CO02) and read PP master data, then release and save the order
