ENGINEERING DRAWING - ANSWER 18.2 : For 2.39 m, length on standard ruler = 2.39 - 0.99 = 1.4 m. For 0.91 m, length on standard ruler = 0.91 - 0.11 = 0.8 m. The second decimal numbers for both Vernier scale and standard scale should be the same.
