Cause: No file name was specified with the ALTER DATABASE
ENABLE CHANGE TRACKING command, and the DB_CREATE_FILE_DEST
parameter was not set.

Action: Either specify a file name, or set the
DB_CREATE_FILE_DEST parameter.

Please add more information about this Error
