I am applied 100 % pressure on to the air to open control valve,but the valve is not fully closed..and 10-15% is open the valve. how to calibrate the control valve?

in postioner there are span and zero setting. with the help of span n zero we can adjust it.
if your valve is not fully close than use zero setting, and if it is not fully open than use span setting.
