i am yet to finish my bpharmacy but my gre score is 278 my question that i have around 20 backlogs and the reason i couldnt clear them on time was due to health reasons wat are my chances of getting through the visa interview but the plus pt is i have been to the us as a tourist . is it necessary that i shud show my health certificate to prove that i was indeed ill the thing is that i have wasted 2 yrs writing my backlogs but in the mean time i have also worked in a pharma company for abt 1and half yrs so there any scope.
hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax). So will it be a problem n getting a visa if i still show him as my sponsor ?? I have the funds in his account to cover the 2yrs plus a 15 Lakh education loan to support my studies. Thank you

I WAS NOT ABLE TO PRESENT PASSBOOKS 1ST TIME I FORGOT TO TAKE THEM ,MY BANK STATEMENTS WERE ASLO HAND WRITTEN BY BANK OFFICERS ON THEIR LETTERHEAD WITH SEAL AND SIGN WHICH SHE DID'NT ACCEPTED,I MENTIONED MY FATHERS(DOCTOR) SALARY 6LACS PER ANNUM ,INTERVIEWER SAID THAT SHE IS NOT CONVINCED THAT I AM HAVING SUFFICIENT FUNDS, SO VISA WAS REFUSED.I HAVE AGAIN TAKEN DATE FOR F1 VISA BUT MOST OF OUR LIQUID MONEY IS IN FORM OF FDRS AND PROPERTY SO WE DONT HAVE MUCH AMOUNT MENTIONED IN PASSBOOKS,HOW SHOULD I SHOW HER THAT I AM HAVING LOTS OF MONEY FROM FATHERS SALARY,PRIVATE PRACTICE AND LANDED PROPERTY.THIS TIME IF SHE WILL ASK AGAIN ABOUT MY PASSBOOK WHAT SHOLD I DO?SECONDLY I HAVE GOT LOAN SANCTIONED AND LETTER OF SUPPORT FROM UNIVERSITY HOW SHOULD I LET HER KNOW ABOUT ALL THIS?
I have been admitted to the MBA program in a US university.I was not asked to appear for the GMAT as they told me that people having Masters or JD can apply without GMAT.(I have both) Now my question is- Will I be asked to show my GMAT score when I go for an F1 interview? And can this lead to d denial of my visa?
My interview is few days away and am applying for a us student visa. I have completed my high school in 2005 and after that did a one year course of computer till 2006 and after that was helping my parents with there business till 2007 June. I then completed my swift course in NIIT which was a four months course and in midway appeared for the TOEFL exams. i am planning to have 12 month OPT period after i graduate so when the consul asks me how long do u plan to stay in USA do i say i will stay xyzmonth(program duration)+12month(opt)? or in another word do i have to take a visa period that covers both the program and the opt or i can take a visa period for the program and then extend the visa for OPT? just to make it simpler: if my program length is 2 years do i have to tell the consul to give me a 3 years visa to cover the program and the opt or i can have only 2 years visa and then extend it in USA? And does saying that i want to have OPT to the consul can be a bad point as the consul may think that i will work in USA and never come back?or i should be fine?

I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i would sponsor him?

Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months. Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am planning to issue a new visa.
