proxy is a server, its intermediate between web server and client.
purpose of proxy :
requesting some resource to the internet like games,videos,E-book..Etc
which are all available to the from various server it can be seeking for the resource from the cache its in hard disk.
if the resource are cached after the proxy server will return them to the client
if the resource are not cached the relevant resource bring to the client.

* sharing internet connection on the local area network
* hiding the our IP address
* blocking the website ....etc
