check list of maintenance of transformer?

1. check cooling system of transformer and its control circuit.
2. Bushing are cleaned by soft cotton cloth.
3. Take oil sample in drain valve and send its to testing like BDV, Moisture content test,acidity test.
4. Check buchholz relay and its switches(trip switch and float switch).
5. All the terminal boxes should be cleaned.
6.Check oil leakage in transformer and rectify its.
7. Control panels (r&c, RTCC) to be cleaned.
8. Winding resistance check.
9. Insulation resistance check.
10. DGA test carried out in above 132kV transformer for 1 year and below 132kV for two years.
