Cause: The mount enqueue for the thread could not be
acquired when attempting to enable the thread. This probably
means that another process has already started enabling this
thread.

Action: Wait and try again, or find another thread to enable.

Please add more information about this Error

When i am connect database through toad,one error occured. ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. plz help me thanks advance.............
