BMC-REMEDY :Remedy is ticketing tool this was developed by BMC software..it is also called third party tool
*Remedy is customer relationship tool which can be used to lo or monitor the issues or problems.
*Each ticket is like an incident(problem) which is created by help desk and assign the relevant team ..
