to verify the clock moves clck wise direction.
check wheather clck num's are correct.
to verify secs,mins ,hours hand are working properly.
check seconds hand finish full roration in 60s.
verify mins hand complete rotation in every 1 hr or 60 mins.
check what will happend you throw down the clck in rough surface.
verify clck works or not without battery
