How to login in o.s level with <sid>adm user in sap basis ?

In Unix/linux
1.first login to ORASID user(SU - ORASID)
2.start listener & Database
1.start lsnrctl
2.sqlplus / as sysdba
3.exit & exit
3.Then login to SIDADM user(SU - SIDADM)
4.start SAP(startsap r3)
In Windows
1.login to SIDADM user
execute this command
startsap name=SID nr=instancenumber(00)<space> sapdiahost=Hostname
