RTCC means REMOTE TAP CHANGER CONTROL .it is used to
raise/lower the tap ,with the help of an AVR-automatic voltage regulator we can do it remotely

at what rate the micro controller increment its timer....is it 1micro seconds or 1/(12*10^6) seconds
