Data conversion and Migration Both of the term is used interchangeably. Or just we can say that Data Conversion is set of data migration. Data migration is upgrading what we call but Data conversion is taking the data from the source and converting according to the target set environment. Data migration is the process of transferring data between storage types, formats, or computer systems. It is a key consideration for any system implementation, upgrade, or consolidation.
