As we know,ammeter is used for measuring current in a circuit.In order to to this first current has to enter the ammeter.From the well known theory that current always choose low resistance path,in order to measure it accurately,manufacturers put it to zero(0).

IF HT CAPACITOR IN ON POSITION IS THERE ANY LOSSES I.S I SQURE OCCURS IN THE SYSTEM
