To me a dream company is the one which
1. Makes use of corporate asset
2. Quality of management.
3. Financial soundness
4. Quality of goods and services.
5. Ability to attract, develop and retain talent
6. Capacity to innovate
7. Quality of marketing
9. Community and environment responsibility
The company which has this kind of business environment fundamentally work on a different strategy. In the process it keeps on reexamining and reinvesting that separates the "Leaders"(builders) from "managers and cautious administrators(caretakers and undertakers)."
And that's my dream company.
