After pick released, can I change into backorder? If it is possible, how?

Yes you can Back Order Complete Quantity or Partial Quantity.After Pickrelease Go to Shipping Transactions form give Order number and click on Find.After that go to delivery tab & Click on Ship Confirm there You can select Backorder for partial quantity or full quantity
