1.login to 100 client and user like ddic
2.spam/saint tools upgrade
3.ensure that enough sapce in trans directory
4.there is atleast 2 background work process are running
5.if the support pak file size is more than 10mb then need to apply from application server only
6. order to apply support pack
7.no jumping process between pak
8.check the current versions and apply the suitable versions
9 ensure that there is enough space in db
10.ensure that tms configured
11.ensure that sap router is configured
