Sales document category and sales document type are different. We have many types of sales document types in sd. Type or for standard order,qt for quotation ,in for inquiry etc... These document types are used for determining the item category in sales order. Without these document type we cannot determine the item category in sale order. The item category is most important part for determining schedule line category. Without determining item category the sales document become useless.

Name at least five features that you can control for the schedule line category? Relevance for delivery, availability check, transfer of requirements, goods movement, purchasing and incompletion log.
