capacitors will give leading power factor without inductive loads which will be reactive load.
will have charged voltage upto 650 Volts may get shoch if there is no discharge resistance connected.
capacitors will lead to Resonance effect which will lead to High curremts which will damage the weak points in power supply systems and electronic components
