Can you migrate the presentation layer to a different server.

You can't migrate the presentation layer only, However If the business layer is exactly the same then you can migrate the presentation layer only, here is an unsupported workaround to do it:
1- Mark all the presentation models you want to migrate and copy them using CNTRL+C ( It should take some time according to the size of your RPD)
2- Paste the content you copied earlier in any advanced text pad tool (ex. Notepad ++)
3- Delete the corespondent presentation models in the target environment.
4- Paste again what you copied in the text pad into the target environment presentation layer.
Again, this is an unsupported workaround to do it and its not advised to use it, it may corrupt your RPD.
