Cause: Supplemental logging is not enabled at the primary
database.

Action: Issue the following command to enable supplemental
logging. ALTER DATABASE ADD SUPPLEMENTAL LOG DATA (PRIMARY
KEY, UNIQUE INDEX) COLUMNS;
