resonance and what are uses of them?
Answer Posted / shane e.
The frequency at which Capacitive and Inductive reactance cancel each other out at a given or "resonant Frequency" Creating an ideal 0 impedence or essentially very low impedence pathway.
Applications are: Stripping carrier waves from a modulated waveform on the recieving end so inteligencesignal can be amplified. Filtering out unwanted Harmonic frequencies by shunting them to ground.
