Cause: An archive log destination parameter has specified a
remote destination with the SERVICE keyword. Remote archival
of REDO log files has been disabled for this database. The
associated archive log destination has been disabled.
Action: If appropriate change the archive log parameter to
specify a local destination with the LOCATION keyword or (if
appropriate) set the REMOTE_ARCHIVE_ENABLE parameter to
TRUE, or enable the SEND attribute of the LOG_ARCHIVE_CONFIG
parameter and restart the database instance before further
REDO log file archivals occur.
