Cause: An attempt was made to change the first specified
archive log parameter using ALTER SESSION to have a
destination value that duplicates the session-level
destination value of the second specified archive log parameter.

Action: Specify a different session destination value for
one of the LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n parameters.
